- 4. Safe exits โ Make sure all windows and doors can be opened easily.
- 5. Inspections โ Check electrical cables and appliances regularly.

Provide your location, the number of people, and the type of fire. Stay on the line until firefighters arrive.
EVACUATE IMMEDIATELY
Don't wait or gather belongings. Get everyone out through the nearest exit.
GATHER FAR AWAY
Move at least 100 meters away. Don't go back inside until the firefighters say it's safe.
DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR
Use the stairs. Elevators may fill with smoke or stop working.
HELP THE VULNERABLE
Children, the elderly, the sick. Help them get out safely.
USE THE EXTINGUISHER ONLY IF
Only if the fire is small and you have a clear escape route behind you.
